SENIOR RESEARCH ASSOCIATE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in South San Francisco, CA.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Immunoassays

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- This position is responsible for providing bioanlaytical support for drug development from pre-clinical to post-market phases.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing and executing immunoassays to determine therapeutic levels and biomarker responses, and to generate high quality data in support of pre-clinical and clinical studies.
- The individual should have hands-on experience with immunoassay development work;

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- B.S. or M.S. in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, or a related field is required, with at least two (2) plus years industrial experience.
- The candidate is required to have experience in the development and execution of assays in a variety of different formats.
- A practical knowledge and understanding of standard laboratory procedures and computerized data handling is essential.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Familiar with various immunoassay platforms, such as Gyros and Luminex, is highly desirable.
