RESEARCH ASSOCIATE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in South San Francisco, CA.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- ELISA
- Lab Automation

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The qualified candidate will assist to manage and support various automated liquid handling systems and robotic systems in Biochemical & Cellar Pharmacology department.
- Will also perform ELISA or other calibration methods, analyze data, and report calibration results.
- The qualified candidate will apply thorough and accurate communication skills for assisting automation applications development and troubleshooting.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- B.S. degree in Computer Science or Biological Science area with strong computer programming skills.
- Experience in laboratory automation is a plus.
- Experience preferably in an operation environment that includes BioCel, Hamilton STAR and Dynamic Devices Oasis programming.
- Strong teamwork, organizational skills, and written and oral communication skills are essential. Must be self-motivated, able to multi-task, and meet timelines efficiently and productively.
- Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instruction.
- Able to apply analytical skills and judgment in assessing the quality of assay data and equipment performance.
