IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Maintenance and running of the cell biology lab
-Perform and report experiments and develop biochemical/cell biology methods to facilitate drug development in oncology
-Ordering and maintenance of laboratory equipment and supplies
-Maintenance of mammalian cell cultures
-Supporting the development and implementation of biochemical/cell biology assays
-General research support for selected drug development projects
-Preparation of method and data summaries
-Analysis of biological data and reporting in Basilea lab notebooks and group meetings
-Testing of novel compounds, analysis of results

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Training as laboratory technician or equivalent education, preferably, Master degree
-Good knowledge in techniques of cell biology and biochemistry, lab maintenance as well as in techniques of data analysis and recording
-Professional experience in a cell biology lab setting
-Good command of English and German (spoken and written)
-Good knowledge of standard programs for data analysis and presentation
-Broad techniques base
-Enthusiastic personality, who shows flexibility and can work well within a team as well as independently
