Research Associate - Bioanalytical Job

RESEARCH ASSOCIATE- BIOANALYTICAL needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Bedford, MA.

Top Skills Should You Possess:
- LC-MS/MS
- New chemical entities (NCEs)

What You'll Be Doing:
- Bioanlaytical candidate that will perform high throughput capabilities as well as fundamental analytic skills

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Experienced bioanalyst with a BS/MS in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or related field.
- Excellent quantification ability of new chemical entities (NCEs) from biological matrices
- LC-MS/MS Method development for quantification of NCEs
- LC-MS/MS Method design & troubleshooting for small molecule NCEs
- Experience performing incubations of NCEs in biological matrices (Whole blood, S9, etc)
- Proficient use of LC-MS quantification software, especially Analyst (Sciex)
- General bioanalytical experimental design and execution experience (for in vitro & in vivo)
- Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic high paced environment

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience performing hepatocyte incubations with NCEs
- Experience using liquid handlers and lab automation
- Experience using WinNonLin/Phoenix for PK parameter estimation
- Experience creating macros and using equations in Excel
- Experience determining intrinsic clearance from in vitro data
- Experience with high through put in vitro sample prep and analysis
