A research assistant is needed to develop state-of-the-art research projects related to the stem cell biology of the cardiovascular system. Job duties include breeding of transgenic and knock-out mice, deriving new mouse embryonic stem cell lines, DNA purification, PCR genotyping, tissue culture, and basic histology. Some administrative duties will be required.
