What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform contract assistance for outsourced R&D services
- Support and renew existing in-sourced R&D services eg Agilent LRM, Glass washing, AB Sciex, Waters, Triangle, Lancaster, Low-tech Asset Mgt.
- Track and maintain key blanket PO's for Stockrooms, supply cabinets, etc.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelors Degree
- Familiar with Lab Equipment Purchases - bidding and related negotiations
- Familiar with Use of Contract Templates, PO configuration instructions, Invoice resolutions
