RES/Citrix Specialist - 7 Months - Den Haag, NL

GLOBAL ENTERPRISE PARTNERS is currently looking for a CITRIX SPECIALIST to join a client of ours in DEN HAAG, THE NETHERLANDS.

The Citrix specialist is primarily responsible for managing and documenting the systems and together with the team; you are responsible for the optimal accessibility of the systems. You carry out proactive monitoring and preventive management on the Citrix systems. You keep colleagues informed about the handling of incidents, new releases and test plans to new projects.

TASKS

- Proactive monitoring of the server park using monitoring tools
- Partly responsible for implementing and further professionalising the Citrix/Windows/VMware environment
- Installation and Configuration of Servers
- Providing 2nd and 3rd line support
- Making documentation, including: validation of documents, work instructions, standard operating procedures according to the guidelines
- You are a specialist within our infrastructure projects when it comes to Citrix, RES Workspace Manager and application virtualisation
- Planning of changes

SKILLS

- HBO work and thinking level
- You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience with Citrix solutions
- You have various Citrix certifications, for example: CCEE, CCP-AD, CCE-AD
- You have experience with RES Workspace Manager and preferably experience with RES Automation Manager
- You are at least MCSA 2012 certified (or MCITP 2008 Enterprise Administrator)
- You have experience with project-based work according to Prince 2 and ITIL
- You are enterprising, flexible, decisive, friendly and you have good communication skills. You are also communicative and you have a hands-on mentality
- Dutch and English
