ROLE: Requirements Manager

DURATION: 6 months

LOCATION: Abby Wood, Bristol.

PLEASE NOTE: This Role requires Active SC cleared Candidates.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Defence Clothing (DC) is part of Logistic Commodities (Log Com) in the Logistic Commodities and Services (LCS) Operating Centre and provides clothing and associated equipment to a Tri-Service customer base. The Category Teams consist of Requirements Managers (RM), Technical staff, commercial and finance staff, a team manager and deputy. The main role of the Category Teams is to ensure that there is an appropriate and continuous supply of the items for which they are responsible.

TOP 3 SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Business Case Writing experience
- OLIVER, Aspect experience
- Logistics experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Prioritise contract activity from Defence Clothing's Paradeprepare Business Cases and Requests for Contract Actions using in house Client contract software.
- Liaise with end user and be main Point of Contact for parade and ceremonial clothing and accoutrements for the Army.
- Manage and monitor the development process within the P&C team, new-to-service and replacement products procured within P&C.
- Input the customer's expectations into contract monitoring meetings
- Knowledge of Defence logistics information systems would be desirable.
