Requirements Manager

Summary of Role

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Requirements Manager to work on the maintenance of a UK Aerospace project.

The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of requirements engineering and will have operated in a lead role in the discipline.

Experience Required

- Responsibility for the elicitation, production, traceability, administration and management of all project requirements
- Responsibility for ensuring that the Requirements Management process is adhered to.
- Ability to author High Level Requirements Specifications, compliance statements and traceability reports.
- Responsibility for defining the engineering requirements for a project.
- Requirement Modelling
- Requirements Analysis
- Requirements Database Management
- Writing requirements and specifications.
- Configuration and change management
- Verification and validation of requirements.
- DOORS or similar requirements management tooling.

Good written and oral English language skills are essential Requirements elicitation from stakeholders.

Desirable

- Knowledge of UK Air Traffic Control concepts.
- DOORS experience.

The role requires a high degree of interpersonal skills. You will have demonstrated your ability, and you will have the capability to represent the company to clients and to the wider technical community, including interfacing with senior representatives of those organisations.
