- Requirement Workshops for pre-sales and sales processes in customer service
- SAP CRM business and functional specification, testing and documentation
- Communication to customer
- Consulting and customizing of SAP CRM, ECC and BI solutions
- Project lead on smaller scale
- Projects in SAP CRM Service or SAP CRM Sales
