ROLE:

- Creates and/or supports the creation of the requirements and specifications on the different levels and ensures consistency across different levels
- Decompose input requirements/specifications into functional and non-functional requirement/specification with an appropriate level of details
- Organize and drive requirements/specifications elicitation, analysis and requirement validation
- Generate the requirement documents out of the requirement management tool
- Manage changes to the requirements, manage traceability information and track requirements status throughout the project
- Ensure that the requirement engineering activities are done according to our processes, best practices and templates
- Report and maintain project requirements key performance indicators (KPI)
- Define the Requirements management plan
- Provide input for improvement of the requirements management process and tools

REQUIREMENTS:

- Competence in Requirements Writing
- Has experiences with Document Management and PLM in SAP (ECC 6.0)
- Has experiences or theoretical background in following SAP Modules: PP (PP-MRP; PP-PI)
- Has a Bachelor or Master degree in sciences or engineering, HF Wirtschaftsinformatiker
- An education in requirement engineering, or equivalent, with a certificate (IREB, IIBA, CPRE).
- Should have worked with HP ALM before.
- Has good communications, eg interviewing and listening skills, facilitation, interpersonal and networking skills.
- Has strong abstraction, analytical and technical writing skills
- Has experiences in software or instrument development or laboratory work.

LANGUAGES: Good English skills (written and spoken). Must understand German (meetings will be held in German).
