Requirements Engineer wanted for our Ticino based client in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 6+ years' requirements engineering experience with application development projects in banking or financial industries
- Proficiency in data flows, data catalogues and data gap analysis as well as SQL to query data from a database
- Good knowledge of architecture diagrams, in particular UML class diagrams, IT business analysis and data analytics
- Strong analytical problem solving skills, credit risk domain know-how would be a big plus
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Eliciting, modelling and validating business requirements, conditions and priorities within application development projects in the Credit Risk Domain
- Analysing requirements to identify data sources, evaluating data suitability and quality as well as identifying and documenting requirements for new data feeds and data feed changes
- Documenting and specifying transformation and mapping of data from inbound data feeds into the application data model, as well as supporting testers by resolving business issues
- Ensuring production and sign-off of standard requirements engineering deliverables, including Interface Specifications, Data Delivery Agreements, Use Case Model, Use Cases and Domain Object Model on time and with high quality
- Developing functional area expertise with business engineering process standards, techniques and tools, such as Subversion, JIRA, Enterprise Architect and HP Application Lifecycle Management
