Requirements Engineer

Requirement Engineer - Scanning & Digitalization wanted for our Gümlingen based client in the banking sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Proven track record of at least 3 years as a Requirement Engineer or alternatively 5 years in other relevant roles within IT
- Degree in a technical field (Informatiker/in EFZ, Uni, FH, Wirtschaftsinformatik)
- Basic knowledge of Linux (RedHat) & Windows Server
- Experience with scanning-/digitalization solutions and a certification in Requirement Engineering is an asset
- Strong communication skills, dealing with stakeholders/management
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus

YOUR TASKS:

- Achieving a clear understanding of business goals/needs and of regulatory requirements
- Defining the deliver approach, task planning and effort estimates for business analysis work
- Eliciting, analysing, developing, validating, managing and maintaining business requirements for Scanning & Digitalization projects
- Translating business requirements into standardized IT specifications
- Challenging Business requirements during elicitation in terms of priority, risk impact, TCO and regulatory compliance
