Requirements Engineer

The contract is with a consultancy to be on an assignment with a large European site in Den Haag Netherland as follows:- The consultant will perform the following tasks/services:

-         Interacting with users/user representatives to elicit their actual business needs
-         Producing detailed functional analysis of changes to existing ICT solutions that support the business needs - and/or - defining new ICT solutions.
-         Participating in evaluation of software solutions to guarantee business alignment and technical feasibility
-         Identify all applicable non-functional requirements by understanding architecture standards and guidance, technical and financial constraints, as well as security and data protection policies.

MANDATORY:

Working knowledge of English level B2[1] or higher

A minimum of 5 years experience in software requirements elicitation and analysis

A minimum of 4 years experience in functional design including use cases development

DESIRABLE

Knowledge of international law enforcement cooperation

Knowledge of Object Oriented programming languages

Knowledge of information and communication systems

Knowledge of conceptual and physical Datamodelling
