Requirements Engineer

For our banking client based in Bern we are currently looking for a Requirement Engineer in IT Business Process Management

- Strong skills in the analysis and specification of Business Rule-, Screen- and Interface Requirements
- Strong communication skills for peer- (Requirement Engineers, Solution Architect, Test Engineer) and Business communication (Business Application Owner, Business Analysts, Business User)
- Strong skills for logical and crosslinked thinking (vernetztes Denken)
- Good ability for self organization and independent working (selbständiges arbeiten)
- Strongly recommended: knowledge about CREDIT SUISSE IT environment and CREDIT SUISSE banking environment
- Strongly recommended: knowledge about PRPC/PEGA software
- Strongly recommended: Knowledge about workflow steered/supported processes
- Basic knowledge about the banking business
- Strong skills in German and English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:
* Experienced with the usage of JIRA, Polarion, Quality Center
* Experienced with the usage of Visio
