Our client based in Andover are looking for a Requirements Analyst with MOD experience.

1. The requirement is for a single contractor on a 5 days per week basis.

2. The successful candidate will:
a. Have extensive experience of working within Defence.
b. Be familiar with the MOD Architecture Framework (MODAF) and AOF.
c. Have experience in the preparation of Cat B IG/MG BC submissions to Cabinet Office, Treasury and/or MOD Head Office, and will ideally be able to provide evidence of previous success.
d. Have experience with one or more MOD tender assessment tools, for example PCAE, SIBET, MACE or AWARD.
e. Have experience in applying Monte Carlo analysis/methods.
f. Have strong communication and listening skills with the ability to produce written work (English) to a very high standard.
g. Have a minimum of 4 years experience working with the MoD on similar scale projects and will be familiar with military terminology.
h. Be a self-starter with strong team ethos and the ability to generate outputs to challenging time schedules.
i. Be self confident and articulate amongst peers, senior officers and external senior management (up to 3* level).
j. Have stakeholder management skills
