REQUIREMENT ENGINEER, BUSINESS ANALYST - TRADING (REF. RE1903)

BRINE SA is currently seeking for a Requirement Engineer, Business analystwith the following experience:

Elicit and analyze documents and validate business requirements, conditions and priorities within an application development project.
-

Ensure that specified requirements are transmitted entirely and correctly to the development and test team members by writing clear and detailed functional specifications
-

Supports developers and testers by resolving business issues that come up during the technical implementation
-

Supports the test team in testing activities, when necessary

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

-

Provide standard requirements engineering deliverables (Use Case Model, Use Cases, User Stories Business Rule Specifications, Screen Specifications, Non Functional Requirements Specifications) on time and with high quality and ensure business signoff
-

Effort estimations and task planning for Requirements Engineering related project tasks

MUST HAVE:

-

Degree at university level (preferably in IT or Banking)
-

6 or more years of experience in requirements engineering in application development projects
-

Experience in banking or finance industry preferably focusing on risk management or front to back trade flows
-

Datamodelling and/or SQL knowledge
-

Fluent written and spoken English
-

Strong communications and customer orientation skills
-

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-

Soft skills to handle stakeholders with different background (Business Project Managers, User Representatives, Programmers, Offshore resources, Testers etc.)
-

Java/Oracle Database
-

ability to face working within deadlines.
