REQUIREMENT ENGINEER/BUSINESS ANALYST FOR TRADING LIMIT SYSTEMS
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a REQUIREMENT ENGINEER/BUSINESS ANALYST FOR TRADING LIMIT SYSTEMS. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Elicits, analyzes, documents and validates business requirements, conditions and priorities within an application development project in the Credit risk Domain
- Ensures that specified requirements are transmitted entirely and correctly to the development and test team members by writing clear and detailed functional specifications
- Supports developers and testers by resolving business issues that come up during the technical implementation
- Supports the test team in testing activities, when necessary
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- Degree at university level (preferably in IT or Banking)
- 6+ years of experience in requirements engineering in application development projects
- Experience in banking or finance industry preferably focusing on risk management or front to back trade flows
- Datamodelling and/or SQL knowledge
- Strong communications and customer orientation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Soft skills to handle stakeholders with different background (Business Project Managers, User Representatives, Programmers, Offshore resources, Testers etc.)
