Requirement Engineer/Business Analyst Banking.

Currently, we are looking for a key onshore analyst with experience in risk management for our client, an international bank in Zurich.

YOUR TASKS:

- Analysing and validating business requirements, conditions and priorities within an application development project in the Credit risk Domain
- Ensuring that specified requirements are transmitted entirely to the development and test team members
- Providing standard requirements engineering deliverables (Use Case Model, User Stories Business Rule Specifications, etc.) on time, with high quality and ensuring business signoff
- Supporting developers and testers by resolving business issues that come up during the technical implementation
- Coordinating 1-2 offshore analysts

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Degree at university level, preferably in IT or Banking
- Minimum 6 years of experience in requirements engineering in application development projects
- Expertise in banking or finance industry preferably focusing on risk management or front to back trade flows
- Solid knowledge of Datamodelling and SQL
- Good soft skills to handle stakeholders with different background (Business Project Managers, User Representatives, Programmers, Offshore resources, Testers etc.)
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
