The ADM Self Banking team is part of the division ADM Distribution Channels and CRM. ADM is part of the IT department of the bank and is responsible for Software delivery.
The mission of the Self Banking team is to provide solutions and support for all transactions with cards (debit and credit cards).
More specifically we are responsible for the channels Self Banking (ATM's in branches), on-line to bank (payments in shops) and E commerce (payments on internet).
In the team, functional and functional/technical analysts work on projects and small changes on the self banking systems.
The team also has Delivery Managers who have the End-To-End responsibility for delivery within IT.
The team is also responsible for the asset management of the self banking system.
The asset management aims through analysis of daily tasks, to optimize and improve the system.
Function Description
The RFP (Request For Proposal)Manager is responsible for the overall coordination and writing of a RFP for the ATM optimization program.
Therefore he will :
Guide and steer involved ADM, I&O and business teams to deliver requested content.
Write detailed RFP documents
Define scoring matrix and acceptance criteria for the answers received on RFP
Start Date ASAP
Duration 3-6 month
Location Brussels

Education
Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience

At least 3 years of experience in Project Management with large projects (> 1000 Mds)

Knowledge of Banking sector
Knowledge of Cards Domain
Flexibility (in peak periods extra efforts may be required)
Experience with working in a complex organization
Experience in Experience is MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
French or Dutch knowledge is a plus for the interaction with the end-users and the IT team
