For our banking client based in Zurich, Switzerland, we are looking for a
REPORTING SPECIALIST
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of meaningful Operational Risks Reports for Group Operations Senior Management according to working instructions
Monitor and analyze pre-defined risk indicators
Continuous improvement of existing reports
Automation of reporting processes
Process documentation
Usage of Operational Risk management Tools and support of business users
Close collaboration with all interfacing reporting areas within Business Areas
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel (Pivot Tables and basic VBA) and in Access (Basic)
Experience in Reporting such as data or reporting analyst
Ability to learn quickly
Client-focused, solution-oriented
Strong analytical and communication skills
Fluent in English
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
German language knowledge (spoken)
Experience in reporting automation
Experience in process automation between Microsoft Office applications
Solid educational foundation, a higher degree in Finance, Business Administration or Business Information Technology
Working experience within Financial Services/Operations
