Reporting Senior Actuary

REPORTING SENIOR ACTUARY

An International Financial Services Group are expanding their Reporting Team and are therefore recruiting for an experienced Actuary to be responsible for coordinating a small team, made up of actuarial technicians and trainees, to produce valuations for internal and external customers across different metrics (EEV, IFRS, Solvency II) and different product lines, including unitised with-profits, conventional with-profits, non-profit and unit-linked business.

THE SUCCESSFUL REPORTING ACTUARY WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:

- Qualified/Part Qualified actuary with recent exposure to FINANCIAL REPORTING and ACTUARIAL MODELLING within a life assurance company.
- Good knowledge of the regulatory environment and of WITH-PROFITS AND UNIT-LINKED PRODUCTS WOULD ALSO BE USEFUL.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage STAKEHOLDERS and to quickly build and maintain effective relationships with key contacts in other areas of the business.
- Previous Leadership/monitoring experience - EEV, SOLVENCY II AND IFRS EXPERTISE
