Reporting & Planning Officer - Amersfoort

For one of our Key Clients we are urgently looking for a reporting & planning officer for a temp project in Amersfoort.

Planning & control
- Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of global LRP, budget and forecasts and reflection thereof in Hyperion Financial Management. Determines global planning to all reporting companies and gives follow up to ensure realization of the global planning. Review of figures of all reporting companies in Hyperion Financial Management, raise questions and get answers from reporting companies.
- Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of detailed LRP, budget and forecasts with regard to Overhead o client
- Preparation of monthly steering information of global and other business information.
- Responsible for planning and control activities relating to overhead costs : HR, Finance, Commerce.
- Support decision-making by preparation of (ad-hoc) analyses upon request of the Management Team and/or Finance Director.
- Support in accounting and planning & control matters, in close cooperation with the commercial and operations controller and the category controllers of the regional sales offices.

Reporting
- Responsible for timely and accurately global consolidation of all clients reporting companies in Hyperion Financial Management. Review of figures of reporting companies in Hyperion Financial Management, raise questions and get answers from reporting companies.
- Responsible for preparation of global monthly comments and monthly business review with Business Group Ingredients. Get input from Global Commercial Controller, Global Operations Controller and all reporting companies, raise questions where needed. Responsible for timely and accurately reporting of weekly and monthly dashboards
- Contact person for Financial Shared Service Centre
