Purpose of this role
*Within Planning & Business Support, collate input into the executive investment report packs to the agreed requirements and calendar dates.
*Ensure that the required status and investment demand and approval information is provided on time to the wider BS reporting secretariats to support the BS Investment Review Forum (IRF), BS Investment Board ( BSIB) and BS Execution Control (BSEC).
*Provide governance consultancy and support to the PM community.

Experience:
*Portfolio and programme management understanding
*Proven experience of operating in a multi site scale business
*Ability to proactively address up and coming issues
*Communicating at a senior level
*Some understanding of the platforms and operating model.

Technical Skills:
*Excellent skills in Microsoft applications such as Excel/PowerPoint
*An understanding of financial and project planning, financial governance and financial and project forecasting.
*An understanding of the use of tools such as Planview, Connections and Tecmis.
