Reporting/DB Specialist

Job Description
The Reporting/DB Specialist is responsible for the MIS environment within GIS finance team from both operations and improvements perspective. Responibilities range from data base design to data collection and reporting/analysis tools/services.

*Is responsible for the design, operational management and maintenance of the Integrated Database (IDB) of GIS.
*Supports continuous IDB improvements to better serve the IDB customer community (Head Finance, Head BPA, Head FRA/PxQ, GIS Management, Divisions, KAMs, Demand Managers)
*Supports the master data management process.
*Ensures data integrity of overall IDB solution.
*Provides the technical tools for data collection such as: Budget/Latest Forecast on local activity level and PxQ (quarterly consumption data)
*Is responsible for the Reporting/Analysis environment and aims to provide a one stop shop for all Financial GIS data
Key Skills
*Ability to follow-up and implement new technologies (SQL, ETL, OLAP, SSAS, Excel)
*Strong relational and dimensional Datamodelling and database design (OLAP, OLTP)
*Strong programming skills: T-SQL, C# (hands on)
*Other applications: Excel, Silverlight, Sharepoint
