REPORTING AND ANALYTIC ROLE
My client, a leading financial organisation is currently looking to recruit a Report Analyst for their Dublin office. If you feel your experience matches the below requirements please do get in touch today for more details.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creation of standard and non-standard HR Management Information reports based on SAP HR data using SAP Ad-hoc Reporting and EPI-USE functionality in response to business and regulatory requirements
- Data mining and analysis of HR data resulting in the creation of HR strategic dashboards
- Development and deployment of self-service HR Management Information reports to business users
- Other ad-hoc Operational and MIS related duties as they arise
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- SAP version 6 HR Suite, with particular emphasis on Ad-Hoc reporting
- Reporting on Success Factors and basic ABAP coding knowledge would be an advantage
- EPI-USE reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- A minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Leaving Certificate
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Engineering or another related discipline would be an advantage
