Reporting Analyst (SAS/SQL)

The Role's Key Responsibilities include:
Develop an intelligent regrade tool which challenges the current model and helps identify new ways to drive incremental revenue and margin to the existing customer base
Build a margin and revenue decision-making model which provides a current view of customer base profile and is able to predict margin and revenue drivers
Develop and deliver data targeting for telemarketing, Scripting and analysis to support the expansion of the TM off shore operation
Track and analyse channel campaign(s) performance of regrades against stretch targets, and implement appropriate corrective measures if required with the Channels.
Promote the regrades Online journey and develop and deliver the digital change briefs to make enhancements - including messaging, offers

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must be highly proficient in:
The reporting tool SAS
Data Analysis
Marketing Communication experience
Strong Negotiation and influence
Analytical skills
Financial modelling
