Reporting Analyst - Risk & Control - Investment Bank

REPORTING ANALYST - RISK & CONTROL - INVESTMENT BANK

For this Investment Bank we are looking for a Reporting Analyst with strong Risk experience. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Conduct Risk team supporting the IB Front Office Risk and Controls team and Chief Controls office.

The role holder will support efforts across all BAU Reporting requirements for Group and IB which includes, but is not limited to:

- Supporting the definition and implementation of the CONDUCT RISK MATERIAL ASSESSMENT REPORTING (CRMA) The annual CRMA is a narrative focussing on Conduct Risks arising from IB Business Strategy and Management Actions to mitigate these risks
- Supporting the submission of the QUARTERLY CONDUCT RISK REPORT (CRR) AND INCIDENT REPORTING deliverables pertinent to the risk and controls agenda, liaising across both Barclays Group and IB functions to ensure these reports are appropriately articulated and reflected within the global frameworks/tools. The quarterly CRR is a log of all Conduct Risks emerging from the CMRAs including management actions to mitigate the Conduct Risks.
- Assisting with additional GROUP AND IB REPORTING REQUIREMENTS which include monthly Group status reports/business readiness Matrix and in due course, KRF (Key Risk Framework) reporting. The quarterly incident reporting deliverable includes probable Conduct Risks and realised incidents adhering to the prescribed CR framework thresholds

Whilst driving the Conduct Risk Reporting is foreseen to be the core focus, the role holder is expected to be flexible and capable of multi-tasking across a number of other deliverables pertinent to the IB Risk and Controls agenda which may include providing support in initialising BAU Sub-Committees and Terms of Reference definition.

The role holder will support alignment with key business imperatives and support for tactical and strategic initiatives. This will require an excellent knowledge of research methods, expert data compilation abilities and remarkable communication and interpersonal skills
