The key requirements are as follows:
- Prepare/contribute to periodic stakeholder performance reporting requirements, including commentaries on actual versus target metric performance and variance analysis
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis on underperforming
- Conduct Internal Audits - Planning, Implementation and Follow-up
This role will suit a self starter who has the ability to relate to a broad range of stakeholders within a busy and challenging IT environment. You will have 2-3x years experience in a Reporting Analysis role, ideally within an IT outsourcing environment. Some IT auditing experience will be an advantage.
Our client is ready to interview now for an early November start. This role is a long term contract with potential to extend.
