REPORTING ANALYST - EXCEL, DATA MINING, POWERPOINT - START DATE DECEMBER 2013

EXCELLENT DAILY RATE CONTRACT !

My Client is a leading telecommunications company in Dublin City Centre. They are recruiting an experienced Reporting Analyst who has excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel & Powerpoint for an initial 4mth contract.

You will be liaising with Telco Clients to produce daily, weekly & monthly reports on a on-going basis. Excellent communication skills is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Reports to be produced on service, delivery and in life performance, root cause analysis, problems and incidents across all elements of the technical, support and billing services provided by my Client on major client accounts.
- Reports to be quality checked and accompanied by appropriate narrative
- Weekly and monthly recommendations on areas for service improvement based on statistical analysis of the data.
- Report improvement exercise to be carried out across all reports on a monthly basis, recommendations for improvements provided and implemented when agreed.
- Reports to be presented to relevant audiences as agreed
- Recommendations on service improvements to be made using reporting data

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- 3yrs+ reporting analyses experience
- An ability to manipulate Microsoft Excel
- Data mining experience
- Telecoms exposure ideal
- High attention to detail
- Excellent Powerpoint presentation skills
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
