This is an exciting opportunity to become part of  Vendor Management Organization (VMO). The Vendor Operations Reporting Analyst plays an important role in our vendor-based support operations. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Vendor Management team to ensure seamless customer service, problem resolution and operational support through effective reporting and analysis of vendor operational and performance data. 

Position Responsibilities: 
Generate and prepare scorecard reports from the information submitted by external vendors. 
Facilitate statistical and operational reporting for management, identify trends and make appropriate recommendations to management 
Provide analytic support by developing and delivering custom reports for internal customers. 
Ensure report data integrity; work closely with business and technology groups to solve issues arising from inaccurate data. 
Analyze Key Performance Indicators to measure vendor performance. Share findings with management 
Assist with monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors in conjunction with management 
Create and maintain business documentation including procedures in relation to vendor management 
Work with internal teams to understand key risk areas of vendors, gather data and report findings back to management 
Create, maintain, and keep current management reporting to focus on metrics, risk conditions and data comparisons to facilitate the review of key risk and performance indicators 
Perform other duties as assigned 

Minimum Education and Experience: 
-BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent practical experience. 
-2 - 3 years of related experience in procurement or vendor management, business process outsourcing, or similar analytical intensive experience. 
-Working knowledge of MS SQL Server, MS Access, and MS Excel. 
-Experience using large datasets and collection of new data. 
-Demonstrated analytical, financial and quantitative skills.
