Reporting Analyst - Controller

For a long-term contract in Zurich, we are looking for a Junior Reporting Analyst/Controller

Main responsibilities:

- Daily processing of invoices and contracts: cost centre and cost category coding, determining correct accounting treatment
- Liaising with vendors on execution and status of payments
- Liaising with offshore accounting team on correct booking and presentation of all expenses
- Tracking expenses per contract and monitoring vendor spend
- Tracking and monitoring expenses for travel and other discretionary expenses
- Controlling/Reporting: Monthly reporting across the function; developing and structuring different reports for different stakeholders
- Forecasting: develops the forecast for spendwork with accounting teams to properly treat all spend on the appropriate ledger
- Controlling/Resource Management: developing and budgeting forecast for different BU for resource management (headcount forecasting, training and travel cost, etc)
- Supporting process improvements and automation
- Supporting internal procurement team on correct contract terms from accounting perspective
- Maintaining a document database

Requirements:

- University degree (or in progress)
- 1-2 years experience in Accounting/Controlling
- Experience in Reporting and Forecasting
- Solid Excel knowledge
- SAP Knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated, team player, fast learner
- Fluent in English, German would be a big plus (any further languages are welcome)
