REPORTING ANALYST/ADMINISTRATOR (MUST HAVE STRONG EXCEL & ACCESS) - 6 MONTH CONTRACT - READING

Project People are currently recruiting for a Reporting Administrator for a 3-6 month (potentially ongoing) contract based in Reading. My client are a rapidly growing company and they are now looking for someone to assist the Acquisition teams in terms of carrying out all their reporting and administration activity.

As Reporting Analyst and Administrator you will already have strong Excel and Access experience, you will need to be competent doing advanced Excel functions such as V-lookups, Pivot Tables and Analysis. Your responsibilities will include producing, maintaining and updating daily and weekly excel based reports, progress reporting on targets, error analysis and automating processes in Access.

This will be a fun and challenging position ideal for someone who has good Excel skills and a passion for reporting and analysis, whilst also happy to undertake day to day administration duties.

Skills we are looking for:

- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Good working knowledge and understanding of Visual Basic and Access Data capture/management
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under own initiative and as part of a team
- Experience of client database(Evenflow) advantageous but not essential
