Reporting Analyst - 2 Month Contract - Sydney Olympic Park

Our market leading Electronics and Systems client is currently looking for an Report Analyst to join their existing team on an initial 2 month contract based in their Sydney Olympic Park offices.

This contract has potential to be extended after this initial period.

Our client is currently in the process of moving from one HRIS system to another (Workday) and currently require someone to come into the business and look at the reporting requirements of the migration. They currently utilise Cognos and Excel to deliver their reports within the business. Ultimately, this role will be involved in leading the standardisation, consolidation and best practice on reporting metrics for the organisation!

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - - Proven experience working within a large complext reporting type of environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced abilities in reporting with Cognos BI tools (ideally v.10)
- Ability to report in Excel (pivot tables, macros etc)
- Experience in reporting in Workday report desirable but not mandatory
