Reporting Analyst

Function
You will take on the role of Business and Reporting Analyst within the Energy Solutions Operations team. You will be responsible for the business process management and project management within the ESO-team and you will maintain and improve an existing reporting DB (Access). You will report to the Coördinator Energy Solutions Operations.
Your profile/skills:
You're able to work on an independent base.
You're a team player and work well together with other people.
You're able to relieve the division manager of several tasks and are able to report to the division manager in a structured manner.
You have a strong business process oriented view on business and a good understanding of BPMN.
You understand KPI reporting and measuring.
You have a good understanding of and affinity with IT.
You have project management skills to follow-up and report on projects.
You have a good understanding of the technical side of reporting and have a good knowledge of standard SQL.
You speak Dutch and English fluently.
What we expect you to do:
Reporting
oMaintain and improve an existing reporting DB (Access), used to process information and generate operational and management reports.
oProviding ad hoc reporting to support operational processes.

Process and Project management
oAnalyze and improve existing processes.
oSet up, monitor and maintain process monitoring.
oWrite improvement specifications (Business Requirements, not Functional Requirements) for process improvements (Business and IT).
oPrepare, execute and follow-up acceptance testing.
oModel processes in BPMN using eni-methodology.
oWrite and update work instructions for the ESO customer service team.
oIssue management (technical and process issues).
oGive training on process improvements.
oSupport business in a constructive manner in improving their operational work.
oMaintain and improve the relation with external partners.
