Reporting Analyst

Harvey Nash is looking for a Reporting Analyst for a 1 + month project in Switzerland.

The role is for a candidate specialized/experienced in establishing Reporting Processes and Services in IT Operations for a Reporting Improvement Planning Project. The first full time engagement period covers Feb and Mar with the chance of an extension for the subsequently planned Reporting Improvement Execution Project.
- You are responsible for
- Collecting user requirements on reporting and advice on good practices
- Capturing risks and issues related to data sources and business rules as encountered during requirement collection and report specification
- Consolidating reporting requirements to meaningful reports/dashboards
- Creating formal URS/FS documentation (report specification).
- Creating test specification
- Executing report UAT tests
- Producing training material and user guides

Requirements

- At least 6+ years experience in strategic implementation of ITIL Processes and Tools
- At least 6+ years experience in strategic/operational IT Service Management disciplines
- Several years of major pharmaceutical corporation experience together with a good understanding of processes/methodologies/organization etc. desired
- University Degree M.Sc. in Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Computing or similar area
- ITIL V3 Foundation certificate mandatory, ITIL V3 Expert desired
- Profound experience in producing technical documentation
- Profound experience with the BMC ITSM toolset
- Profound experience with ITSM Reporting
- Knowledge of MS SQL
- Team player in a challenging corporate IT environment
- Ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks
- Ability to deal with variable workload
- Demonstrable leadership skills within a global Matrix organization
- Strong outcome-driven mindset

- Fluent in English and German - oral and written
