Key deliverables and associated activities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Develop automated reporting capabilities from vendor XML data feeds and warehouse data stores
- Maintain and monitor automated Daily Dashboards to be posted on internal and partner-facing web sites as directed by manager
- Work with worldwide delivery teams to define business reporting needs for data capture, taxonomies and systems requirements
- Data modelling of complex data architectures to provide high performance and high availability database system
- Analyze trends and monitor volumes to alert team of any service delivery issues

Candidates must be able to:

- Develop and maintain job related content for team
- Develop working relationships with key contacts
- Maintain a clear understanding of the internal operations of their specific groups business and effectively use this information to provide helpful services around the group's daily operations
- Develop working relationships within company's division groups as well as key players outside of division
- Maintain a clear understanding of the internal operations of business; keep aware of the main issues facing customers regarding support, and effectively use this information to provide helpful services around daily operations
- Coordinate meetings, plan, organize and execute events
- Maintain support tools with group-specific dynamic information
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding the status of the team processes and workflow issues
- Participate in bi-weekly status meeting
