REPORTING ANALYST
The Reporting Analyst will do performance management analytics on the business of IT infrastructure and produce and distribute various weekly and monthly dashboards.
This will involve:
- Looking at operational KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Analyzing KPIs and making suggestions on how they can be improved
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience building out dashboards and scorecards is required
- These dashboards will need to be presented to the management team and executives, so polished presentation and communication skills are required
- Advanced or Expert level Excel skills would be preferred
- A person with a good mix of technical skills and business acumen is the ideal fit for this job.
