REPORTING ANALYST
This role is part of the Business Operations department of a global consultancy, which provides the framework and resources to support the delivery business to achieve its business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

- Planning Support and Business Alignment
- Program Governance, Project Management and Process Improvement
- Quality and Accreditation
- Operational Systems and Process Subject Mater Expertise
- Operational Reporting
- Basic root cause analysis and process improvement principals and application
- Participating in internal audits or maintaining Quality Management
- Operational & Total Customer Experience performance analysis
- Stakeholder Communications
- The role is a mix between Business Analysis and ISO auditing.

TO CARRY OUT THE ROLE YOU WILL HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

- Experience within an IT services delivery area
- Exposure to statistical analysis tools
- Manipulating large amounts of data
- Time management
- Relationships - build and management of
- Excellent communication skills
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Six Sigma Knowledge and demonstrated practical application of Intermediate Microsoft Word and Powerpoint skills
- Advanced Excel, Access and/or Hyperion, Brio and SQL Skills
- Intermediate Statistical Skills
- Strong team player
- Experience in Projects that have applied formal project management methodologies
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
