SERVICE AND MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY - REPORT & ANALYSIS

INTRODUCTION

Within development and engineering the Machine Service and Manufacturing Technology department is dedicated to increasing the robustness of the company's products and processes by driving industrialization solutions relating to Reliability, Availability, Manufacturability and Serviceability (RAMS) into our client products from the moment of conception. Within this department, the Availability Management group brings together the key competences needed to execute industrialization throughout our client product development programs.

JOB MISSION

Objective of department: Ensure that the design of the machine can meet the standards of availability.

Responsibilities (mission) of department:"Take OWNERSHIP from definition to execution to drive the overall SYSTEM AVAILABILITY performance at lowest OPERATIONAL COSTS".

JOB DESCRIPTION

Within Availability management department - Report
- Report and support the progress management of service mix delivery (ie procedure's, spare part, tools deliveries)
- Support the scheduled & Unscheduled Down group in their analysis and data gathering
- Support the availability
- PGP (Product Generation Process) and related processes (Client experience/exposure preferred).

- high level of knowledge competencies: mathematical and analytical skills, basic knowledge of statistics, data crunching;
