Reporting Accountant - Financial Reporting - P&L Management

This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of financial statements. The jobholder will work as part of a team responsible for the delivery of monthly P&L, balance sheets, and analysis for the Risk Managed result. The jobholder will assist in both P&L and Balance Sheet reporting and will be involved in the production of annual financial statements.

Core Duties:

Balancing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines the job requires relationship skills as well as technical ones.
Understanding and embedding financial controls and process improvements will be key to success in this role.

Financial reporting - management Monthly P&L and balance sheet reporting.
Calculating adjustments, posting journals, analysing balance sheet and providing commentary on that.
Operation and documentation of financial controls
Experience management accounting is essential - monthly reporting cycle.
Preparation of statutory accounts.

Required Skills:

1) Qualified accountant
1) Work in medium to large finance environment/medium to large audit practice.
2) Strong excel knowledge, SAP experience preferred.
