Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for basic data management
- Build HR and Workforce reports of low to medium complexity
- Support development and maintenance of scorecards and dashboards
- Participate in analysis projects that will deliver information support to key human capital decision makers
- Use SAS and related technologies to ensure timely delivery of accurate periodic reports and ad-hoc analytics support for multiple client groups
- Consult closely with the business to understand HR reporting requests and requirements and provide the appropriate solution based on complexity, user/audience needs, subject matter, etc
- Work with Metrics eg, segmentation, variance, trend, etc.
- Proven experience working in a reporting and/or analytical role
- Prior HRIS and/or ERP systems experience
- Prior experiences/skills working in a customer-oriented environment
- Demonstrable knowledge of basic HR principles
- Knowledge of SAS data coding, analysis, integration procedures
- Proficiency with SAP HCM, SAP Reports and standard operating processes and procedures
- Knowledge of data visualization and advanced data analysis techniques (eg, Anova, correlation, regression, other statistics) a plus
