Repair Coordinator Job

REPAIR COORDINATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in GREENVILLE, SC.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- This role is responsible for coordinating the repair of damaged wind turbine pieces. This includes confirming damage by coordinating inspections, scheduling repairs & confirming repairs are completed.
- Enter Non-Conformances (NCs) into the "Wind Outbound Logistics NC WF" for all NCs identified in above.
- Ensure that Incident and Damage Forms from LSPs are complete. Follow up with LSP if key information is missing.
- Launch Damage and Claims Process for damages noted in above.
- Support entry of Logistics-related damages into ServiceNow and engage Engineering team for response to pending cases.
- Coordinate inspections and/or repairs of Logistics-related damages:
- Send Inspection/Repair RFQs to repair contractors
- Coordinate request of PO from GE Buyer to perform repair
- Provide updates to PAC Case in ServiceNow based on inspection and/or repair status
- Assist in coordination of schedule for repair technicians to optimize costs and ensure fulfillment
- Track repair status
- Assist in determining Year to Date Cost of Failure (COF) (in conjunction with Claims Specialist)
- Assist in the Investigation of NCs...Follow up with carrier on Root Cause, CA, PA and Continuous Improvement Activities.
- QEHS Record Management - ensure appropriate documentation is on file for Wind LSPs....MPPs, Lift Plans, Proof of Training, etc.
- Maintain QEHS Contacts Dataform

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Minimum of two (2) years' experience sourcing or procurement
- Good written and verbal skills
- Teamwork skills

- Bachelor's Degree
