YOUR JOB

- Complete rental agreement transactions
- Selling SIXT's full product range
- Converting customer enquiries into reservations
- Maximise "Walk Up" business
- Monitor reservation and rental return manifests
- Manage customer queries/concerns regarding vehicle rental
- Reconciling and accounting for monies received and paid
- Driving vehicles to and collecting from our account customers
- Preparing, valeting and checking vehicles to a high standard
- Collecting and delivering vehicles between branches
- Maintaining a good and professional relationship with customers
- Damage reporting
- Refuelling

YOUR PROFILE:

- Previous experience of working in a sales environment is essential.
- A customer service / retail / hotel background AND/OR car rental experience is desirable.
- The successful candidate must have a full clean driving licence
- You are computer literate with good keyboard skills
- WELL PRESENTED.
- You are an EXCELLENT communicator both over the phone and face-to-face.
- You are able to work under pressure as an individual and as part of a team
- You must be able to work shift, weekends, holiday periods on a rota system.
- High Standard of written and verbal English is required.
