Renewable Energy Order Management Administrator Job

RENEWABLE ENERGY ORDER MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Schenectady, NY.

THE BIG PICTURE:

The Renewable Energy Order Management Administrator will be responsible for order fulfillment activities for External Customer demands. This role will also serve as back-up to the Parts Customer Fulfillment Specialists providing customer follow-up and quotation preparation as required.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Monitor shared mailbox for incoming customer orders and process accordingly
- Provide back-up to team members for customer inquiries related to returns, pricing, and order status
- Provide order confirmation to customers
- Accept and comply with Company Integrity policies

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Two (2) year Degree from an accredited college
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service, parts management or material control experience
- Strong order management ERP (Oracle preferred) experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- Proven strong work ethic, self-driven and result oriented to meet and exceed objectives.
- Professional demeanor in customer interaction.
- Strong conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated tenacity and persistence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work successfully in Matrix and multi-cultural environment.
- Adaptable/Flexible - open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances.
