A unique opportunity has arisen to join a niche property consultancy based in the West End of London. They have established an incredible reputation in the property market working across the whole sector and as part of their full client service they have been providing bespoke reward consultancy for the last 8 years.

As part of their strategy for 2013 they are seeking to build a reward consultancy as a key part of their business offering. They are seeking a highly experienced reward professional to build their consultancy around; this role is paying up to £100K as a basic salary.

The role:

This role will be the first major hire for the business in the reward practice. As a result this role will involve:

* Creating a business strategy alongside the partners on how to utilise the existing client relationships but also on how to win new business.
* Performing reward projects tailored to individual clients
* Providing expert advice on pay at all levels, with a strong focus on executive pay.
* Helping to expand the reward practice: the team will be built around this person.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Strong reward experience, ideally in a consultancy environment.
* The ability to work alongside senior partners both internally and externally.
* The ability to provide high quality consultancy tailored to the individual client.
