Remote PHP Developer Needed

Are you a PHP developer looking for work?! My client requires a PHP developer for 3 months ASAP. Requirements:

* EXPERT level PHP, with strong programming experience.
* EXPERT level CSS and HTML / xHTML
* Strong Javascript and JQuery Skills
* Strong Front End skills, able to translate photoshop files into great templates.
Should be familiar with:

* Plesk and Linux Environments (not Microsoft / Windows).
* Adobe CS suite
* Thorough versioning, compliance and documentation skills
* PHP frameworks, ideally MODX but not essential
The candidates must be

* Diligent
* Able to work on their own and with other team members.
* Able to accurately estimate time needed for project work
* A creative thinker
* Have a track record of website development for medium and large projects
* Able to work remotely
* Able to come to site once a week
* Dedicate their time to us (not freelancing for others while working on our projects
