WE HAVE AN URGENT REMOTE OPPORTUNITY FOR "REMOTE CONNECTIVITY ADMINISTRATOR" IN CHICAGO OR TENNESSEE.
ACTUAL TITLE: REMOTE CONNECTIVITY ADMINISTRATOR (CHICAGO OR TENNESSEE AREAS)
DURATION:12 MONTHS
LOCATION: CHICAGO OR TENNESSEE (REMOTE OPPORTUNITY)
PAYRATE:$16.00-$17.00 PER HOUR ON W2
Coordinating requests that come in (VPN adds for customers) to the Quick Base Database, assign the request to engineer by creating a ticket in the Quick Base database, engineer will take over and submit back the VPN request to coordinator, coordinator will assign to customer, add appropriate information to the request (info is received from within the team) in the database, then coordinate adding these to VPN tunnel. Follow up on requests as needed to push to completion.
Must be familiar with working in Databases (tables, queries)
Bachelors Degree preferred
Must be CCNA certified
Self-Starter, Organized, Articulate
