Projektbeschreibung

Reporting to the Senior Manager of IT Client Services and based in Redwood City, CA, the successful candidate will be a key member of a lean and high impact IT organization of 100 people who are aligned in several geographically dispersed centers in over 25 countries that support an employee base of over 2, 400 people.

We have selected BMC Remedy as our incident software. We are going to use the SalesForce Dev platform (Force) to implement the solution. It would be good to have both Remedy experience and SalesForce experience but being strong in one or the other is fine.

DUTIES

- Maintains the Remedyforce help desk environment by identifying and maintaining system requirements; testing and implementing system modifications; monitoring system performance.
- Establishes help desk specifications by conferring with users; analysing workflow, access, information, and security requirements to maintain the system structure.
- Develops and maintains naming conventions of picklists, report folders, dashboards, etc. to improve system usability.
- Maintains updated system documentation and Remedyforce/Salesforce policies and procedures.
- Manages all system access and security settings.
- Conduct regular security/configuration audits.
- Tests and executes all configuration changes.
- Performs new release evaluations with business owner and executes new functionality roll-outs.
- Regularly audits data to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvement.
- Performs manual or automated data entry/data clean-up as required.
- Performs mass data imports using the API or Salesforce import tool.
- Manages all new user set-ups and deactivation; ensures proper license utilization.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in Cloud Computing
- Salesforce Certified
- Development and/or Administrator certification preferred
- Familiar with Pentaho and JavaScript
- ITIL Certification Preferred
- Knowledge and experience working with databases
- Previous help desk administration a plus
