Remedy ITSM Specialist

ABOUT THE COMPANY/POSITION:

Local Company requires a Specialised Remedy professional to help with an upcoming full Remedy Implementation Project. This is a critical role where you will provide end to end design, development, deployment, and monitoring and performance improvement for all systems supporting the Service Management System.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Implementation of Remedy ITSM Solutions to meet immediate needs and planning for future requirements through participation in existing forums and networks to ensures reliable performance
- Take ownership and responsibility for the development, maintenance and improvement of the Service Management technology platform (BMC Remedy, BMC Dashboards) platform to meet business requirements.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all Remedy advice.
- Work with Different Technology teams, Service Delivery, and Project Management to ensure successful delivery and provide advice for improvements
- Ensure ongoing monitoring, tuning and capacity planning is executed to enable liable system performance and maximum business up time is achieved.
- Escalations for Remedy suite
- Collaborate across Service Management teams to design and implement solutions to a detailed level for both technical implementation and business process improvement to achieve targeted business outcomes and deliver business value
- Coach and develop team members

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Expert level capabilities with the BMC Remedy Management technology Platform
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the ITIL Framework
- Proven Experience in Implementation of large ITSM Solutions
- Experience with BMC Dashboards - highly preferred
- Ability to plan and prioritise high volumes of work with conflicting and critical deadlines
